The L.A. Cast of Beatlemania • Tapestry Stage • 4 pm

The LA cast of Beatlemania features some of the Broadway and motion picture stars who made Beatlemania an international success, and have played with groups like Rain, 1964, and The Fab Four. This production is a faithful recreation of the excitement, sounds and sights of a live Beatles concert, from musical gear to hairstyles. You'll hear classic hits such as “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, “Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds," “Magical Mystery Tour,” “Hey Jude,” “Revolution”  and more! The LA Cast of Beatlemania promises to treat you to a nostalgic musical experience you’ll never forget!

Phat Cat Swinger • Tapestry Stage • 2:30 pm

It was a warm in 2002 when Marco Palos and Will Pattinson teamed up to refine a sound that was missing from the airwaves: Booming toms, jumpin’ rhythms and a powerful horn section blended with the sweet vocals of Crooner Curtis Parry were the perfect ingredients for Phat Cat Swinger, a West Coast “little-big” band that specializes in high-energy music with a vintage touch! Phat Cat Swinger has performed at the Playboy Mansion and with Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Cherry Poppin’ Daddies, and The Coasters. They've been featured in videos with Christina Aguilera (“Candyman”), The Jonas Brothers (“Love Bug”) and Snow Patrol (“In The End”), and were selected by JJ Abrams to perform for his company, Bad Robot Productions. The band’s ingenious selection of songs range from Sinatra to The Black Keys, Elton John and more. Grab a seat, order a drink, and enjoy the ride!

The High-D Boys • Tapestry Stage • 10 am

A banjo, a guitar, and a washtub! Add four-part harmony and it’s a recipe for the best musical comedy group this side of the Mississippi river. The High-D Boys started as a jazz duo with Patrick Summers and Javier Alcontrar-Rojas on ukulele. They threw in comedy and two very capable musicians, Daniel Reyes on guitar and Phil Clevinger on washtub bass. Though they were happy with the sound they created, a wandering harmonizer named Robert Keil Blomker II convinced them with his majestic voice that they required yet another member. As time went by, the boys found a banjo playing paint store manager named Mike Kelly. Be prepared for a comedic show that can at any time include the moon walk, thigh-slapping jokes, sarcastic remarks, flashy skills including Bo-Staff and rope, and of course, tasteful music to fill the longing heart. Their style ranges from Latin to honky tonk to soothing ballads and hippity-hop swing!

Paddy’s Pig • Tapestry Stage • 1 pm

Paddy’s Pig is an Irish band equally at home in a small dark pub at midnight or on a vast festival stage in broad daylight. Striking a balance between folk traditionalism and rock-n-roll energy, they combine a distinctive male-female vocal approach with a diverse song list — everything from timeless pub standards and toe-tapping instrumentals to modern Irish rock and authentic original songs. You’ll want to get up and dance, tap your toes and stomp your feet!

The Sunday Night Singers • Tapestry Stage • 11:30 am

In the summer of 2005, high school choir director Mike McCullough was asked to provide singers for the birthday of a Greek Orthodox priest. Since school was out for the summer, Mr. McCullough asked a few of his former Chamber Singers and two of his college students if they could help put the gig together. The folks at the party were impressed by the group and the next thing they knew they were asked to perform again, this time for a Bishop. This small start resulted in the octet being commissioned to record a collection of Orthodox liturgical music for the American Church. As the group needed a name for the recording, and they rehearsed on Sunday nights, they dubbed themselves (very originally and utterly unpredictably) The Sunday Night Singers. In the years since, members have come and gone, but The Sunday Night Singers ensemble continues to sing internationally with a love and passion that has never changed.
